About Me
I’m Rose O'Donovan, an accredited Executive Coach and Coaching Supervisor based in London, near Ealing. I can support you to achieve career goals, navigate transitions and develop as an effective leader. Offering a warm, insightful and pragmatic approach to all, I also specialise in coaching Highly Sensitive People and providing Supervision for both new and experienced coaches.
A Chartered Psychologist, my career spans financial services, higher education, and government departments, latterly working as an Executive Coach with the Cabinet Office. My voluntary contributions include roles with the British Psychological Society, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the NHS and University of East London.
My academic background combined with industry experience, and living as a Highly Sensitive Person, informs my approach. I offer a calm and pragmatic style to develop self-awareness, personal confidence and refine existing skills - enabling you to shape fresh perspectives and sustainable techniques and behaviours to thrive in your career.

I encourage 'walk and talk' sessions, in-person meetings at agreed locations (West or South-West London) or online discussions. I reserve a limited number of low-cost places for people out of work or coaches who are currently training or newly qualified.
